Velocity has a virtual call center where every call is recorded to ensure an amazing enrollment experience. Our call center is equipped with inbound outbound capabilities as well as our auto-scheduler where employees can pick a communication time that works best for them and their families.
Velocity now performs virtual enrollments through a partnership with Google Hangouts and Zoom. Using the auto-scheduler, employees can click a link and pick a time that is convenient for them to video conference with Velocity's Benefits Counselors. Velocity's Benefits Counselors can be available anywhere, anytime you need them.
